Back in August of 2004 innthink Pty. Ltd. was founded to assist organisations in adjusting their workplace philosophy and get them to focus on Outcomes.

The outcome focused approach stems from a systems dynamics analysis of the dated organisational structures in view of the emerging Experience Economy.

Over the years innthink has delivered strategic innitiatives for Sensis (Trading Post, Yellow Pages), IGA, Internode Systems, Mitchell Communications Group, Department of Education & Early Childhood Development, Australia Post, and Centrelink.
